10 months!

 This month has been a very busy month!  We went on two weekend trips and hosted a sweet treat party.  Garrett seems to be adjusting well to our family :) He loves being around people.  We are starting to see his personality a bit.  We think he will be slightly shy but after he gets to know you or "warms" up he is all smiles.  He has started clapping and is crawling, pulling up on everything, and his favorite toys are BOOKS!  He just loves to pull out his books from his basket and drop them and then once he finds the perfect book he sits down to read it.  He even has started patting the book to tell you he wants you to read it.  So adorable! 

He schedule is pretty much the same.  We are still feeding him at 10pm to make sure he is eating enough.  We are slowly stopping baby food and he has begun eating table food at every meal.  He loves to feed himself.  This month his babysitter went on a trip so we had to get special babysitters for Garrett for two days.  One day Gommy came and watched him and another day a sweet lady from Tom's work came to watch Garrett.  She loves Garrett as if he were one of her own grand kids; she goes by Gaggy.  Garrett seemed to enjoy both days with his substitute sitters.  :)

Garrett's new trick this month is clapping!  He has finally started clapping.  It's so cute watching him clap, he holds his left hand still and swings his right hand to clap.
