Weekend with Emma Grace!

Garrett loves being around other little kids.  We were looking forward to this weekend trip because we just knew that Garrett would love to spend some time with sweet little Emma Grace.  It had been about 3 months since we had last seen Brad, Stephanie, and Emma Grace.  Of course the whole premise for this trip was for the guys to go to the Macon basketball game...but the Wednesday before we found out the game was sold out!  ...but we decided we were still going to come visit.  I am so glad we did because we had sooo much fun! 

Saturday morning the little guys woke up, ate breakfast, played, and then opened their Christmas presents!  (instead of mailing them to each other, we thought it would be more fun to have them open them together)  It was absolutely adorable watching these two cuties playing.  Here are just a few pictures from our fabulous weekend. 

 

Another highlight from the weekend was that Stephanie surprised me with a "girls afternoon out."  We went and got pedicures and of course made a stop at Target for shopping.  That evening Brad and Stephanie watched Garrett for us so we could enjoy a dinner together.  Which was sooo nice to take a couple hours for just us two.  I am so thankful to have great friends.  Looking forward to our next get-together!
