11 months!

Happy 11 months Garrett!  This month has certainly flown by.  We have been so busy with work and keeping up with the house and getting ready for spring!  This month's highlights were Garrett's first haircut, first trip to the town park, Garrett spending the evening with Gommy, and of course reading lots of books!  This book just can not get enough of books.  Tom came up with the idea of giving him a book to look at while we took his monthly picture.  It worked pretty well...for about 5 minutes plus we have gotten really good at taking the pictures pretty quickly too! :)

Garrett's schedule has changed slightly.  We have stopped his 10pm feeding.  He just seemed to be bothered when I would wake him up to feed him.  So we just decided to give it a try and he slept just fine.  He is now going to bed at about 7pm and sleeps until about 7 am.  He is such a great sleeper.  He is slowly transitioning to a shorter morning nap and is still taking a good afternoon nap.  He is still pulling up on everything and is getting pretty good at cruising around the room.  He has stood up on his own but he is quick to realize that he is standing all by himself and he is ready to grab ahold of something.  Maybe by his first birthday he'll be ready to take his first steps!
