This past weekend we had some special visitors...the Joyners! Garrett always looks forward to have Emma Grace stay for the weekend. He knows we'll eat lots of yummy food and he gets a special buddy to play with all to himself. Since Valentine's day is coming up we decided to make special Valentine's day cupcakes. Here is little Mr. getting the sweet treats ready for little miss sweetie herself...EG!
We met Brad, Stephanie, and Emma Grace for lunch before a basketball game. The kids were so excited to see each other. They are just like old friends...they always seem to pick up just where they left off! It's so precious seeing them play together. Next it was time for the fun times to begin...BASKETBALL! Here are a few pictures of the two of them enjoying some good ole' basketball fun together.
Garrett's favorite part of basketball games is going out on the court after the "big boys" finish and then he gets to play on the BIG court. Here's Brad with Garrett running around...I don't think Brad knows just what he got himself into with this little one!
Here's Tom playing with Emma Grace. I don't think she is as into basketball as much as Garrett is...oh what we do for boys! :)
Needless to say...these two were quite tuckered out that evening and so were the parents!
