This was our second time visiting the island of St. Lucia. We enjoyed the best catamaran ride ever and then took a scenic drive to the sulfer springs and then onto a plantation where we enjoyed a St. Lucian lunch.
The sulfer springs were interesting to see and smell!
When we arrived at the plantation we got to taste fresh coconut and coconut milk...which was the water inside the coconut. We even got to see how they crushed sugar cane long ago. Next we say how they processed cocoa beans before they shipped them off to hershey's, we even got to try a cocoa bean. :)

Then onto lunch! We got to sit family style and enjoy a delicious homecooked St. Lucian meal complete with dessert. Yum - O! On the way back to the ship we enjoyed a scenic ride around the island and enjoy the views of the Pitons and ocean. Since it was Friday the islanders were getting ready for their weekly town party. We saw people setting up mini stages, cooking food, and preparing for a night of fun!
